ACCEPTANCE OF T&Cs
These Terms and Conditions of Sale cancel and supersede any previous conditions or documents and apply to all orders for Products made on the Site. The terms and conditions prevail over any other document.
These Terms and Conditions govern all relations between the Company and the Customers
Their purpose is to inform about the terms and conditions of sale, payment, delivery, and return of the Products ordered on the Site.
When validating any order on the Site, the Customer certifies that he has read and accepted these Terms and Conditions and accepts them expressly and without reservation, without this acceptance being conditioned by a signature on his part.
The terms and conditions may be updated or amended without notice.

OBJECT
The site litlprice.com offers the sale of non-corrective sunglasses. The delivery of the Products is possible everywhere in the form of a reception at the address defined by the customer.
Sales on the Site are reserved for Customers, natural persons over 18 years of age, not traders.
RECOMMENDATION
The Customer is solely responsible for its choice of products, the suitability for its needs, and the use in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. OPTIMA OPTIC SAS cannot be held liable in this respect.
Sunglasses are designed to protect the wearer from the dangerous action of the sun’s rays.
The European Directive EN89/696 determines the precise criteria to be met in order to protect the eye health and safety of users. This regulation precisely defines the minimum level of protection that must be provided by sunglasses.
ONLINE PURCHASE PROCEDURE
By placing an order on the Site, the Customer certifies that he is over 18 years of age.
Step 1: Your Cart: Selected Products and Quotation
The Customer chooses its Products at litlprice.com
All selected Products are placed in the Shopping Basket.
The prices are indicated in euros including all taxes. They take into account the Value Added Tax (VAT) in force. Any change in the applicable VAT rate will be automatically reflected in the price of the products sold on the site.
The sale prices may be changed by the Company at any time.
Step 2: Your information
In order to place an order on the site, the Customer must first create an account with personal information, an e-mail address and a password.

Step 3: Delivery
The site litlprice.com offers home delivery or delivery address defined by the Customer.
When the Customer chooses his delivery method, he is asked to fill in his contact details. The Customer must make sure to declare complete contact information. The Customer then determines the type of transport, depending on the choice displayed.
The standard delivery method is defined according to the destinations.
The premium delivery method is carried out by UPS or another carrier.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to check the package upon arrival. In case of a damaged package, the Customer must make a claim to the carrier. In the event of delivery not complying with the order, the Customer must within 48 hours notify OPTIMA OPTIC SAS by email to the following address: contact@litlprice.com, specifying the complete reasons for the non-compliance.
Regardless of the delivery method chosen by the Customer, the commercial warranty purchased on the Site will be added to his package.
Step 4: Method of Payment
Payment of the order may be made, at your choice, by credit card or PayPal according to the following methods:
By credit card (Visa/Mastercard, American Express, ING HomePay, Belfius Direct Net, KBC, Bancontact/MisterCash), indicating directly in the zone provided for this purpose, the card number, its validity date, and its control code located on the back of the card. The total amount of the order will be charged from the bank card on the day of the order. The bank account will be debited immediately.
No other means of payment shall be accepted.
Step 5: Validation
The Customer is invited to validate the Payment of his order online after reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
The Customer receives a confirmation e-mail and a summary of his order to keep.
This confirmation will include the following contractual information:
– The address to which the customer has chosen to have the Products ordered delivered.
– Payment Terms
The invoice corresponding to the order will be sent by e-mail to the address entered by the Customer in his Account on the site.
UNAVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS AFTER ORDER

LEGAL GUARANTEES
Regardless of the commercial guarantee granted, OPTIMA OPTIC SAS remains bound by the legal guarantee of conformity and that relating to the defects of the thing sold.
When acting as a legal guarantee of compliance, the consumer:
has a period of two (2) years from the issue of the property to act;
may choose between repair or replacement of the property, subject to the cost conditions provided for in Article L. 217-9 of the Consumer Code;
shall not be required to provide proof of the property’s non-compliance during the twenty-four (24) months following the issuance of the property.
The consumer may decide to implement the guarantee against hidden defects of the thing sold within the meaning of Article 1641 of the Civil Code. In this case, he may choose between the resolution of the sale or a reduction of the sale price in accordance with Article 1644 of the Civil Code.
The legal guarantee of conformity applies independently of any commercial guarantee granted.
Article L217-4 of the French Consumer Code: The seller delivers a good in accordance with the contract and is liable for any noncompliance existing at the time of delivery.

ARCHIVE RETENTION
In accordance with the regulations, OPTIMA OPTIC SAS will keep for 10 years any contract and any proof of sales carried out electronically for a sum equal to or greater than €120.

RIGHT OF RETRACTION
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving reasons within fourteen days.
The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, physically takes possession of the property.
You can exercise your right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an unambiguous statement by e-mail: contact@optima-optic.com
For the withdrawal period to be respected, you only need to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Withdrawal effects
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments received in connection with the object of the withdrawal, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen, if applicable, a delivery method other than the less expensive standard delivery method that we propose) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which the object of the withdrawal was received and checked by our logistics center. We will refund using the same method of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method of payment or that this method of payment cannot give rise to a refund; in any event, this refund will not cost you.
You must return the product, by the means communicated to you without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days after you have communicated to us your decision to withdraw from this contract. This period is deemed to have been met if you return the property before the expiry of the 14-day period.
All returns must contain:
– All products returned and included in the retracted order. These new products, in perfect condition, must be in their original case accompanied by all accessories and instructions.
– The invoice number
– Return slip
OPTIMA OPTIC SAS will confirm to the Customer the correct receipt of its withdrawal form.
Once the return has been validated by OPTIMA OPTIC SAS, the refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we have received and checked all products subject to withdrawal from this contract.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND FREEDOM
litlprice.com, co- controller with OPTIMA OPTIC SAS, implements a processing of personal data concerning you in order to ensure:
– access management and operation of the online sales site;
– the management and monitoring of the customer relationship and in this context the handling of customer complaints, statistical studies, marketing studies, commercial prospecting, scientific study (health, social, economics, etc.)
– measuring quality and satisfaction;
– reporting and securing site access
The data collected are essential for this processing and are intended for the relevant departments of litlprice.com and OPTIMA OPTIC SAS, as well as, if applicable, their subcontractors or service providers.
Some of the data collected, and in particular, data relating to the payment of your orders may be transferred to service providers or subcontractors established in the States-United States, countries not recognized by the European Commission as having an adequate level of protection.
The collected data are kept for the duration of the commercial relations and for a maximum of 5 years from the end of these relations.

GENERAL PROVISIONS
Bond
The Company is only bound by an obligation of means.
In all cases, the liability of the Company may not be incurred when the non-performance of its obligations is attributable either to the fact of a third party or to a case of force majeure.
Similarly, the Company cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a breach of service, an external intrusion, or the presence of computer viruses.

Nullity

Governing law
T&Cs are governed by French law.
